In May the University of Timosoara is organizing the Academic Marketing training program for the people who are in charge with promoting the universities, those working in the marketing centers, people in charge with the PR, academics working in dissemination, scientists and researchers striving to make their work visible, members of the international offices working to make the internationalization process part of their daily success. As universities, we are faced with challenges similar to those of the private sector, but with fewer resources, with a more rigid framework, with rules and conservatory views. The training will build upon these constraints, identifying paths and success stories for a powerful marketing mix designed for the academia.

In June it  will launch again our Academic Project Management program meant to provide the trainees with all the essential tools used in project management, designed especially for projects implemented in HEIs.

We present available opportunities, we discuss the risks and the constraints, we identify together the DOs and DONTs of successful projects and effective implementation teams.
