ITMO University is holding International Days 2020 which will take place on April 23-24, 2020 (https://intdays.itmo.ru/en/event_page/8/).

This year the event is even more special, as ITMO turns 120 years!

We will make sure that you get the most out of your visit to St. Petersburg: you’ll get hands-on experience, meet ITMO students and faculty, see the most disruptive research developments, upgrade soft skills, and hear about cutting-edge scientific achievements in the most non-classical way.

The great news is that getting to St. Petersburg has become much easier, as starting from October 1, 2019 there are free-of-charge electronic visas available for citizens of 53 countries, which allow staying in St. Petersburg for up to 8 calendar days (https://evisa.kdmid.ru/en-US/Home/Index)

Moreover, participation is free-of-charge, and participants can use Erasmus+ funds (if available) to cover accommodation and travel costs.
