  • Andreas Andrikopoulos is an Associate Professor at the Department of Maritime Studies of the University of Piraeus. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a PhD from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s degree (MSc) from the University of Warwick. He has served as Professor of Finance, CEO of the Property Development Company and Director of the Executive MBA program at the University of the Aegean. He has taught finance at the University of Piraeus, the University of the Aegean, the Hellenic Open University, the Athens University of Economics and Business, the International Hellenic University and Deree College. His textbook “The essentials of social finance” has been published by Routledge (2021). His research interests include shipping finance, financial management, accounting, corporate governance, epistemology and scientometrics.
