The attainment of the objectives pursued by the Union:
1. Information, activation and mobilization of assertive members of relevant bodies, and public awareness.
2. Participation in secondary and tertiary trade unions.
3. To work with the clubs teaching and research staff of other universities and research institutes in the country, European and global academic community, with associations of others in academia, and other scientific societies and associations of workers.
4. The establishment of committees, issuing publications, organizing discussions, lectures and other events.
5. Involvement in matters referred to the aims of the Union.
6. Cooperation with public and private entities to implement the objectives of the Union.
7. By any other legal means.
