FEEDING
Not entitled to free meals, the students who were written to the Department after successful qualifying exam or after choice for graduates and obtain another degree.
On March 27, 1987 was launched at the University of Piraeus Student Restaurant in building the road Tsamadou 78, which fed persons qualifying for free meals students. They can also be fed in the most restaurant and on the teaching and administrative staff with the equivalent of rations that do the same. HEALTH CARE
Students, foreigners, expatriates and foreigners are entitled to health care (medical and hospital), during their studies. In any given student booklet Healthcare which is considered each year. SCHOLARSHIPS - AWARDS
Scholarships, awards and prizes are awarded to undergraduate students under the Higher Education Scholarship Regualtion "Program Performance scholarships and awards academic year 2008-2009" of the State Scholarship Foundation (IKY, http://www.iky.gr/). The Scholarship awarded to undergraduate students with the ultimate criterion of success grade range (regardless of economic status except in case of a tie, in which the scholarship is awarded to whoever has the lowest family income). Full Scholarship candidates receive isovathmisantes and whose family incomes are declared absolutely equal. The rest isovathmisantes receive honorary title "first", "second" "third", etc.
STUDENT TICKETS
To facilitate the movement of students by public transportation a discount on the regular ticket price is offered. The discount is given to the beneficiary for the full academic year and many years as required for the normal duration of study plus the half.
Those who qualify for reduced fare, special tickets issued Bulletin (D.E.E.) which is renewed every year. Student tickets are not eligible students from classification as graduates of other schools in the acquisition and another degree.
